Overview
The counter-trend member of the family: it fades exhaustion instead of joining it, and, unlike most fade tools, it refuses to do so when the market regime says the move is real.
Fading works until it doesn't, and what kills a fade strategy is taking the trade in a strong trend. This one gates every setup on a market-regime read: in a confirmed trend the fade is suppressed, and it only engages where mean reversion has historically been the higher-probability behaviour. That gate is the strategy.
What you get
- Per-timeframe Pine dispatchers (15m · 1h · 4h · 6h · 8h · 12h · 1d)
- Regime gate: setups suppressed when the trend read says "don't fade this"
- Defined invalidation on every setup, the stop is structural, not a round percentage
- Alert coverage for bot execution
- A written performance report per instrument
Best for: traders who already run a trend-following system and want the complementary side of the book. Fade setups cluster exactly where trend systems get chopped up.
Profile: low drawdown, modest per-trade edge, more frequent signals than the trend family. Results are historical and hypothetical.
