2. Statutory framework

You have the right to withdraw from the purchase contract within 14 calendar days without giving a reason, except in the cases listed below. The 14-day period starts on the day after the contract is concluded (= payment confirmed).

To withdraw, complete the standard withdrawal form or send any clear written statement to astroparktrading@gmail.com.

We will refund the full amount paid via the same payment method you used (Art. 56 c. 2 Cod. Cons.), within 14 days of receipt of your withdrawal notice. We will not charge any fee for the refund.

3. Refund rules by product category

3.1 — Indicators and strategies — full 14-day money-back guarantee

Astropark voluntarily grants the full 14-day right of withdrawal without invoking the digital-content exception of Art. 59 c. 1 lett. o) Cod. Cons.

You may obtain a full refund within 14 days from purchase, regardless of whether you have already added your TradingView handle to the whitelist, whether you have already used the indicator or strategy, or the reason for the request (no reason needs to be given).

This is a commercial guarantee from Astropark, in addition to your statutory rights.

When you exercise withdrawal, Astropark will:

1. immediately remove your TradingView handle from the indicator's whitelist — your access to the invite-only script will cease;
2. issue the refund via the same payment method within 14 days of receipt of your withdrawal notice;
3. record the refund in our system; repeated refund requests by the same customer (3 or more in any 12-month period) may be considered refund abuse and result in suspension of the account and refusal of future orders (cf. Terms §3.5).

3.2 — Premium Trading Access (€100/month or €999/year)

• Before first access: full 14-day withdrawal right; 100% refund.
• Upon first access: if you ticked the consent checkbox at checkout (Art. 59 c. 1 lett. o), the right of withdrawal is extinguished.
• Without consent checkbox ticked: you retain the 14-day right; if exercised after access has started, you owe a pro-rata amount for the days of access already enjoyed (Art. 57 c. 3 Cod. Cons.).
• Subsequent renewals: cancellation stops future renewals; access continues to the end of the current billing period; no refund of the current period unless the renewal was charged in error (write within 7 days).
• Yearly plan — service discontinuation: if Astropark discontinues the yearly plan before the contract's natural expiry, you receive a pro-rata refund for the remaining days.

3.3 — Webinars (1:1)

• Webinar scheduled > 14 days from purchase, before delivery: full refund within 14 days of purchase.
• Webinar scheduled within 14 days of purchase: at checkout you confirm immediate-period delivery; once you tick the consent checkbox and the webinar is fully delivered, the right of withdrawal is extinguished (Art. 59 c. 1 lett. a Cod. Cons.).
• Cancellation by you, > 24h before: full refund OR free reschedule (your choice).
• Cancellation by you, within 24h: no refund (the slot is reserved); you may reschedule once at no charge.
• No-show: no refund and no free reschedule.
• Cancellation by Astropark: full refund OR rescheduling, at your choice.

3.4 — Custom freelance development

• Before the kickoff brief is shared: full refund possible. The kickoff brief is the document where Astropark formalizes the specifications you provided; it is typically shared within 48 hours of order.
• After the kickoff brief is shared: the service is personalized within the meaning of Art. 59 c. 1 lett. c) Cod. Cons.; the right of withdrawal does not apply. Any refund or scope change beyond this point is governed by the Statement of Work agreed at kickoff.

3.5 — Bundles and partial refunds

If you purchase a bundle and exercise withdrawal partially: if the bundle was sold as a single, indivisible offer at a discount → refund is all-or-nothing; if the bundle was the sum of independent items at face price → refund is calculated per item. The product page indicates which model applies.

4. Procedure for requesting a refund

1. Submit your request: complete the standard withdrawal form or write to astroparktrading@gmail.com with subject "Refund request — order #[id]".
2. Information to include: order ID (visible in order history), date of purchase, product purchased, reason (optional but helpful for indicators/strategies refunds where we may follow up to improve the product).
3. Confirmation of receipt: within 2 business days.
4. Decision: confirmed within 5 business days of receipt. If eligible, we proceed to refund.
5. Refund execution: within 14 days of the eligibility decision, via the original payment method (Art. 56 Cod. Cons.). For card payments via Stripe, funds typically appear within 5–10 business days depending on the issuing bank. For PayPal, typically within 1–3 business days.

5. Refund modalities

• Same payment method: refunds are always issued to the original payment instrument (Art. 56 c. 2 Cod. Cons.). We cannot refund a Stripe payment via PayPal or vice versa.
• No store credit unless you agree: we do not unilaterally substitute the refund with a credit; if you prefer a store credit and we both agree, that is possible but always at your option.
• No refund fees: we do not charge any fee for issuing a refund.
• Currency: refunds are issued in the currency of the original payment.
• Crypto (USDC) refunds: when crypto payment is supported, refunds are issued at the EUR-equivalent value at the time of the original payment, payable in the same crypto on the same network unless we agree otherwise. You bear the network gas fee.

6. Chargeback / payment dispute

If you raise a chargeback or PayPal dispute without first contacting us, we may contest the dispute, suspend access pending resolution, or terminate your account if the dispute is found to be unfounded by the payment provider. We strongly prefer to resolve issues directly via support — chargeback fees from the payment processor (typically €15–25) and the time cost are eliminated.

7. Out-of-court resolution

If we cannot agree on a refund, you may use:

• the EU Online Dispute Resolution platform: https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr;
• a recognized ADR body in your country of residence;
• the Italian Consumer Code mediation procedure (d.lgs. 28/2010) for disputes above €5,000.

8. Statutory rights are unaffected

Nothing in this Refund Policy limits your statutory rights under EU consumer law or your local jurisdiction. If your local mandatory law gives you a stronger right, that right applies.
